Everything you need to take your inbox back

No more "Promotions" tab full of years-old mailing lists you forgot you subscribed to.

Find every mailing list

One scan reveals every newsletter, promo blast, and notification list quietly burning through your inbox. Ranked by volume, biggest first.

Group by company

Promo, account, marketing, support — we merge every address from the same brand under one row so unsubscribing actually means something.

100% local processing

No backend. Scan results, OAuth tokens, and unsubscribe records all live on your device. We literally don't have a server that holds your inbox.

Three steps. About 60 seconds.

Sign in once, scan once, sweep clean.

1

Sign in with Google

One-time OAuth consent. SweepBox uses Google's official Gmail API — no scraping, no password sharing. You can revoke access in your Google account anytime.

2

Click Scan inbox

SweepBox reads your message headers (not bodies) to identify every mailing list. Big inboxes finish in about a minute; ETA shown in real time.

3

Sweep what you don't want

Pick senders one by one or bulk-select. Unsubscribe and delete with two clicks. The ones that need a manual visit get a guided wizard.

Simple, honest pricing

Free tier covers most people's first big cleanup. Pro for power users.

Questions

Is SweepBox safe to give Gmail access to?

Yes — SweepBox uses Google's official OAuth flow and the public Gmail API. Your data never leaves your device, and we don't have a server that stores anything. You can review and revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions at any time.

What does SweepBox actually read from my inbox?

Only message headers — the From address, Subject, and unsubscribe header. We never download or process email bodies. The exception: when you ask us to find an unsubscribe link buried in an email's HTML, we fetch that one message's body just for that action.

What happens after my Pro year ends?

You revert to the free tier (50 unsubs / 2,500 deletes lifetime). Your existing unsubscribe history is kept locally. We'll send a renewal reminder near the end of your year — Pro isn't auto-renewing by default.

What if I just want to delete emails, not unsubscribe?

That works. Some senders' unsubscribe links are dead (they shut down a list years ago) and we'll surface those, but you can also just bulk-delete every email from a sender without touching unsubscribe at all.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — within 14 days of purchase, provided you've used fewer than 100 cumulative Pro actions. Email [email protected] with subject line "Refund request".
